Hampton Inn & Suites Bakersfield/Hwy 58, CA

I wanna give a big shout out to Nick. Dude with long hair and a mustache. Hundreds of us wrestlers came in all rowdy and this guy was calm and collected and cool. Got us checked into our hotel rooms and gave us everything we needed. I asked a lot of questions, but he was very patient and professional!I love this hotel. The breakfast is amazing! And we ate dinner at Denny’s right next-door. Can’t say enough good about this place.

Always a good experience when we stay here. Easy access and nice rooms.

I loved the hooks for hanging jackets. There is never enough space to hang towels etc. and the breakfast space. My husband loved the peloto & light roast coffee option. My boys enjoyed the waffle station. Secretly. the waffle station was also my favorite with fun toppings especially whipped cream. Conveniently located and near a Starbucks and other shops

Had a great weekend stay here and will definitely be staying again when we are in town. Lorena checked us in on Friday. She was quick and was able to get us a room even though we showed up two hours earlier than planned. One of the kids spilled juice all over the bed as soon as we got into the room so we called down and asked for a change of sheets. Gabby from housekeeping showed up very quickly. She was very friendly and we really enjoyed our quick chat with her before she went on with her day. Unfortunately when the wet sheets were picked up, one of the kids favorite stuffies was rolled up in it and we didn't notice its absence until bedtime. We called down that same evening and asked if they had found it but no luck. We asked again at the desk when we went down for breakfast on Saturday morning. Greg said he would go and check to see if they had found it overnight. He found it right away and brought it right over. Kids was over the moon, mom and dad were relieved because we never would have lived it down if it hadn't been found. Thank you so much to everyone that made our stay great and comfortable.

Exceptional service! I had to make some last minute changes to my reservation, and Greg at the front desk was incredibly nice and accomodating of the confusion I caused. Clean room, and comfortable. Easy location to get to towards the east side of town. There are two restaurants right next to the hotel, so getting food was a breeze. I very much appreciated the helpfulness from the staff during a very stressful time.

Decent place to sleep. Clean. Little noisy in the mornings on first floor.

This place exceeded my expectation. It was clean...hospitality was good...location was perfect because of a event I attended down the street.

So full disclosure I did not stop here, but I was passing through the area and I had just come from Utah and I needed to use the bathroom and the worst way this was the first place that felt safe and not sketchy that I came across in the area and so I stopped and asked if I could use the bathroom. The front desk clerk was extremely nice and very helpful. Let me use the bathroom. Everything was very clean and well taken care of and I appreciated that and also appreciated being able to use the bathroom.
